We generally process personal data of our users only to the extent necessary to provide a functioning website and our content and services. Processing regularly takes place only with the user’s consent or where a legal basis permits it (Art. 6 GDPR).

This website is hosted by an external service provider (processor). The personal data collected on this website is stored on the host’s servers. This serves our legitimate interest in a secure and efficient provision of our online offering (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

The provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits automatically (e.g. browser type, operating system, referrer URL, time of the server request, IP address). This data is not merged with other data sources and serves technical security and stability.

If you contact us via the enquiry form or by e-mail, the information you provide (name, company, e-mail, phone, transport details and your message) will be processed and stored for the purpose of handling your enquiry and for possible follow-up questions.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (initiation or performance of a contract) or Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent). The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.

For the technical transmission of the enquiry form we use the Formspree service of Formspree, Inc. (USA) as a processor. The data you enter in the form is forwarded to us via Formspree’s servers. A data processing agreement is in place with Formspree; transfers to the USA are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR).
